Digital Marketing Executive Bengaluru Full-time 1 to 3 years

You will run campaigns for clients who can see exactly what they spent and exactly what came back. That is a good discipline to work under.

What you will do

  • Plan and run Meta, Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns
  • Own SEO work: keyword research, on-page, technical audits
  • Report on spend, leads and cost per acquisition honestly
  • Test creatives and landing pages against each other

What we are looking for

  • One to three years running paid campaigns with real budget
  • Comfortable in Google Analytics and Ads Manager
  • Able to explain a bad month without dressing it up

AI & Chatbot Engineer Bengaluru · Remote possible Full-time 2 to 4 years

You will build the chatbots and automations that sit between our clients and their customers, which means the failure cases matter as much as the happy path.

What you will do

  • Design and build support, lead-capture and booking bots
  • Integrate large language models into client products
  • Connect bots to CRMs, calendars and WhatsApp Business API
  • Build the fallbacks for when the model gets it wrong
  • Measure and improve resolution rates after launch

What we are looking for

  • Two to four years in backend, ML or automation work
  • Strong Python or Node.js
  • Practical experience with LLM APIs and prompt design
  • Comfortable reading API documentation you have never seen before

Nice to have

  • NLP or ML model training and fine-tuning
  • Vector databases and retrieval systems

Social Media & Content Creator Bengaluru · Hybrid Full-time 0 to 2 years

You will make the things people actually see: reels, posts, short video and the words around them, for us and for our clients.

What you will do

  • Plan content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Shoot and edit short video and reels
  • Design posts, carousels and infographics
  • Write captions and blog posts that sound like a person
  • Watch what performs and adjust

What we are looking for

  • A portfolio, an account you grew, or work we can watch
  • Comfortable with Canva or Figma, and a video editor
  • Taste. Hard to teach, easy to spot

Web Development Intern Bengaluru Internship · 6 months Students welcome

A paid six-month internship with real client work, not a fetch-and-carry role. Strong performers are offered full-time positions.

What you will do

  • Build pages and components on live client projects
  • Fix real bugs with someone reviewing your work
  • Learn deployment, version control and code review properly

What we are looking for

  • HTML, CSS and JavaScript basics that you can demonstrate
  • Something you built, however small, that we can look at
  • Willingness to ask questions early instead of guessing for a week
